OpenDoorOps provides rental property performance reporting and property inspection services. We do not provide property management, rent collection, accounting, tax, or legal services.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. OpenDoorOps is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete data submitted by the client.

3. Use of Reports

All reports are for informational and organizational purposes only. They are intended to assist property owners in understanding performance and do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.

4. No Financial or Legal Advice

OpenDoorOps does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Clients should consult licensed professionals for guidance specific to their situation.

5. Limitation of Liability

OpenDoorOps shall not be held liable for any decisions made based on the information provided in reports or inspections.

6. Service Scope

OpenDoorOps does not manage properties, handle tenant relations, or control funds.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

 
8. Amendments

ODO reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Written notice or updated posting on the website constitutes sufficient notice.
